is there or should there be a censor/block user type of option
On some sites I have been on there is a mechanism to block users I find offensive, so I don't have to see their comments.
I have not found such an option here so I am wondering if I am just too lazy to find it or if it really isn't here. If it really isn't here should there be one?
I suspect many might end up blocking me

Click "User CP" by the top left of your screen
Then under "Your Control Panel" there's "Settings & Options", select "Edit Ignore List"

Good question, I don't know

I do know whenever someone on your ignore list posts on a thread, their posts don't appear; instead it says "This message is hidden because xxx is on your ignore list."
