Need ideas! How to secure roofing ladder on prinsu

So I wanted to find a bracket or something to attach to the prinsu so when I toss on a 28' ladder it's not going to jack up my rack and it would lift the ladder above my light bar

Anyone have any thoughts?

So I took a spare 80/20 cross bar. Chopped it in half. Then I put a self retracting tie down strap and mounted it to the rack.
