We have the Castle Doctrine down here in TX, and a vehicle is considered your "castle". You can use reasonably proportionate force to defend yourself and your property. I think in our bill 250 from a few years back makes it legal for a driver to hit protestors blocking road ways, or drastically reduces the charges for doing so.
Albeit, the best self-defense is to not be there, I believe my bumpers are for more that approach and departure angle improvement should the need arise

This is one of the many reasons we're escaping CA. Lived here our whole lives but it's become unsafe at this point on so many levels. I look forward to having the peace of mind of living in a free state.

The question is………are you gonna vote Republican in your new free state? Or will you vote Democrat and turn that free state into another sh!thole California?

Ain't that the truth.

I have friends in Texas frequently telling me about people fleeing Cali for Texas
because they are tired of the sh!thole Cali has become, only to start whining a few years later and start trying to turn Texas into another California.

What is the home invasion law in NY?

Home Intrusion: If someone unlawfully enters an individual's home, New York's Castle Doctrine may apply, allowing the homeowner to use deadly force to protect themselves and their family. Physical Assault: When facing an immediate threat of physical violence, an individual may use reasonable force to defend themselves.
