I had the same problem
After 4 months of exercises, I didn't see any change either.
I found some exercises that in 2 months helped me to have a visible muscle growth. I tried to change the way I made them according to the models
here and I was successful ! You know...little progress each day adds up to big results and I started with my legs, hips, chest, back, and so on until I totally changed my exercise plan to something much better and now I’m thankful for my struggle because without it I wouldn't have stumbled across my strength
