Not saying it doesn't work.

But keeping the suffering to a minimum is always a plus. Anyone who just tells you to stop eating carbs is a moron. (Not saying you did)

Thanks for the useful information, I didn’t even know before that poor quality protein had such consequences. I was using cheap protein for a long time and I had problems with the toilet, I blamed the usual stomach upset

I want to train 3 times a week for about 2 months now, but I just can't gain weight. I am engaged in the program, I regularly change exercises, but I still do not see muscle growth. I try to eat a lot and varied. My weight is 65, height is 178.

The proverbial you cant out train a bad diet. Lifting 5 days a week with splits depending on periodization. Six weeks in hypertrophy, six weeks in strength, and six weeks in weight loss. Generally my split is Chest/Abs, Squats/Quads, Back, Deadlifts/Hamstrings, Shoulders/Arms. In the weight loss segment the splits get shifted around to allow for mainly supersets (e.g. chest/back two times a week).

I use Beverly International (UMP and MP) for protein supplements throughout the day.

I had the same problem
After 4 months of exercises, I didn't see any change either.
I found some exercises that in 2 months helped me to have a visible muscle growth. I tried to change the way I made them according to the models here and I was successful ! You know...little progress each day adds up to big results and I started with my legs, hips, chest, back, and so on until I totally changed my exercise plan to something much better and now I’m thankful for my struggle because without it I wouldn't have stumbled across my strength

Exercise wise, I was doing Starting Strength with some variations for the past couple years after coming off a spinal injury and eating a fairly strict carnivore diet to help with some health issues. Right around the start of the rona closures I decided to give Stan Efferding's Vertical Diet and lifting regiment a go to see if I could make any improvements. It was going well until my work decided to close our gym for a couple months at the end of the year and the prior few years of gains were almost completely wiped out. Been hitting the gym hard the past 6 weeks it's been open and fortunately my strength is coming back faster than what I was expecting.

2 hours training in BJJ 3 nights a week, and Pavel Tsatsouline’s StrongFirst simple and sinister kettlebell workout daily. Between that and cutting out processed foods, I’ve dropped 75 lbs since September.

I compete nationally (hopefully internationally soon) in Master’s Olympic Weightlifting for a while now. So, 5-6 days a week are dedicated to Olympic lifting style training. I also coach Oly and do personal training on the side.
