How about "Post Your Breakfast!"
Saturday I made "Eggs Del Mar" which is essentially Eggs Benedict with lump crab meat instead of canadian bacon.
It was delicious, and actually my first time poaching eggs (which is easier than I thought and really good!!)

Last night, with the help of a friend and a case of Bud Light we did up some anti-gourmet...
Bacon Topped Meatloaf with a layer of Spicy Jalapeno Shells and Cheese in the middle. Add some whipped garlic potatoes and sweet cracker barrel style carrots. EPIC MEAL TIME!
