Just doesn't seem healthy filling your lungs full of water vapor either.

I don't see water vapor as that big of an issue, but the chemicals that are in the vapor - no thanks.

I thank God I never started smoking and I'm glad there are alternatives for smokers trying to stop - but I just don't think putting anything other than air in your lungs is healthy.

Good luck to all of you who are trying to kick the habit, I know it's a hard one as I've watched several friends and family try!!
