I recently checked out a park just south of Mountain View AR called "Heavy Chains Off-Road Park".
Heavy Chains Off-Road Park - Wheels Deep has info on it, but they actually use Facebook as their official website.
Upon arriving, it is a working farmhouse. My 9yo son enjoyed being around the chickens & pigs. The young family that runs the place is nice, even offering free pull-outs if I got stuck. It's priced very reasonably.
They don't run an office/store, so BYO food/drinks/etc.
They don't have a trail map or much signage, but do have lots of trails, with a good bit of variety, and a really nice creek running through with a few crossings and a swim area (in July! but it was a wet summer).
Not as rocky as, say, Superlift in Hot Springs, but I had to skip a few technical trails in my DD. Plenty of mud (which I personally avoid). Some good views. A few inclines my 2011 SR5 couldn't quite top in 4LO A-TRAC with worn A/T's. The guy will tell you there are no dead end trails, and I did not find any.
Expect some pinstripes from growth here & there, but the guy asked me ahead of time to let him know where I spotted such things. I told him about 1 trail blocked by a fallen tree, to which he was receptive.
Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.
