95 t100 that I drove in highschool had over 500k on it when I was driving it. It was my dads work truck for 9 years, he was religious about oil changes and maintenance. My mom is now driving it with over 650k, the mileage is hard to know exact as the speedo cable went out twice and took a little while to change the second time it went out as it was just my highschool beater. The engine is original though and runs great only with a little lifter tap on very cold days and no loss of power.

My stepdad just sold a '97 T-100 with 260K miles.
That leaves my brother's 2000 Tundra as the highest mileage in the family at 175K.
Then my 2002 4Runner with 105K.
My stepmom's '08 Tacoma has approx 60K
My girlfriend's '11 Corolla has 22K
And finally, my stepdad's Prius and my dad's Lexus CT hybrid are both under 10K.
My mom put her '09 Dodge Ram on craigslist and received exactly zero responses in 3 months, or she'd be driving a Toyota too.

My friend has a 89, SR5, V6, Truck , with 346,xxx and change, She looks sad and angry but she still runs, and she does everything, tows boats, his 16' lawn trailer (everyday), and has towed my old car to the junk yard, my Yota that I just bought, towed her home, the neighbor's big Chevy 4x4, that was funny, and she has been to Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Texas, and that was after he got it. She originally had just over 100,xxxx barley when he got her, and now she still goes, she's a die hard, machine, you go red.

My 4runner has 140600
Dad's 89 3vz pickup, bought in 91 has 200+, over 190k was done on 35-38.5" tires and has never had any mech problems
Mom's fj has around 98k half was on 285s
A family friend has 370k on his 91 3vz, bought in 92, and hasn't had mechanical problems either, just a falling apart interior and red paint faded to pink.
In the past my parents had a 91 4runner 3vz with 165 when sold and a 97 3rz 5 speed bought brand new they sold at 170k in 02

Both my Land Cruisers have made it well into the 250s. (83 60 and 97 80). Still have the 80, but I haven't been driving it because the t-case is acting wonky--water got in there. Neither had a working odo past 200.
Not to say that's "reliable" or "durable" because towards the end I wound up replacing cooling systems, head gaskets, transmission parts, rebuilding diffs, etc.
I haven't had a trouble free Toyota past 150k.
My FJ Cruiser destroyed itself at an embarrassing 50k miles.

Toyota Family History
As a big Toyota fan from an early age (and I don't quite no why), my parents bought, under my recommendation 1984 Camry LE. They were worried about it having 91,000 miles on it, but they bought it and ran it another 107,000 miles before trading it in.
1990 Camry LE V6 - 217,000 miles on it and sold it. I hear it finally died at 237,000.
1998 Tacoma SR5 4WD 183,000 totaled
2002 4Runner Sport 200,100 totaled
So far I have two Toyota Vehicles that made it over 200,000. The 2005 better make it too.

2002 4Runner 4WD SR5 Sport Edition Thunder Cloud Metallic w/Pirelli ATRs, Kenwood DNX-6160 - R. I. P. Wrecked at 200,100 miles...it could have gone 200,000 more.
