Who know's , some people with V8's might trade them in for another V8 if multi mode was available.

Both are great engine's and have plenty of power IMO.

So is the whole point of this thread the V6 vs the V8 debate -or- multi mode 4wd -vs- Full time 4wd.

I was more concerned about the reliability of the Toyota than I was the V6 or v8. I'm already getting 17 mpg mixed driving with only 1k mile's on if it stay's there an I can get 18-19 on the hiway I will be happy as a pig in chit !! I think this milage is very acceptable for a 4x4 mid size v8 w/full time 4wd.

My mom drive's a Chevy Trailblazer 4x4 with a 6 cyl. and alway's get 12-13 mpg no matter what.

I'm happy !!!!!
