4WD or 2WD
Wow, I'm suprised no one has made this poll. What drivetrain did you get? Did you get your 4Runner in 4WD or 2WD, doesn't matter on the generation of your truck either.
EDIT: Ok, if you have a V6 4WD put down Part time 4WD. If you have a V8 4WD, put down Full Time 4WD.

ToyotaDoodz - Doodz, good Idea. I'll PM the mods to see if they can fix it for me. It says only mods can modify the polls.

Thanks Momo!!!!

heh...I voted fulltime 4x4...but I USED to be a 4x2 driver...
funny story, I was driving along and saw a pacific blue limited 4runner the other day...said, yeah, I still like that color...was reminiscing for a moment and then I saw it....the small little cutout I made just underneath the rear bezel to put the back-up camera for my nav...(I took it out of the 4x2 when it got traded in). bent down a little and sure enough there it was. the blue 4runner was indeed my old one. Had state judge license plates on it too...

After driving in snow for 6 yrs, I'll never buy a truck w/o 4wd. The ideal would be the V8 w/ part-time 4wd and lockable center diff. I heard in Oz, their next gen cruiser will be a twin-turbo V8 diesel that's rumored to look like (or be identical to appearance-wise) the FJ cruiser to be sold here.

If the current LC is $50K, wonder what this twin diesel will cost? I am surprised to see a V8 diesel, usually they are I6.

I opted for the full-time 4WD. Better resale here in Alberta over the V6 according to my sales rep.
