I'm so anal about my vehicles. When I find one little spot of bird crap, I wash that off quick. Then I usually just end up washing the whole truck !

I usually run it through a wash once a week in the spring/summer but once every other week in the winter. I give it a thorough cleaning a few times a year(I mean spend almost the whole day cleaning every nook and cranny until the last speck of dust is gone). I don't know about everybody else, but if it is nice weather and I am hanging out outside, I always find myself bringing out the cleaning supplies from the garage and just doing something to make my 4Runner look good.

With my school schedule, it's difficult to clean my car a lot. I'll do it probably 2-3 times a month, more if I have time and I just don't trust anyone/anything to do the job for me. It just takes me too much time to do a wash I can be happy with. I'd rather leave it dirty than do a half-assed job on it.
Twice a year, I'll spend about a week cleaning everything up (wheel wells and undercarriage included), polish out the paint and seal it.

I'm on the once a week schedule. I wax it about once a month. I like to clean it weekly not just to keep that showroom shine, but I like to stay on top of scratches, rock chips, etc so I can touch them up. With the front end mask, there is a lot of work necessary, but I don't mind.

Not often enough is the only appropriate answer for me.

I wash it at least once a month in the summer time and whenever its warm enough in the winter. If its cold for 6 months, then it just doesn't get washed and I'm not taking it through a drive thru car wash...
Waxing gets done ever 3 months.

Weekly. Wax in 3 stages, bi monthly.
LOL - in Hong Kong most cars are washed daily by the domestic helper (maid) in the morning before people head off to work. If you left the car a week you would have black stains running down the paint from all the pollution. Yuck!

I clean mine as much as i can. Weekends is my only time, but I have 3 cars to clean. And I'm also that "nook and cranny" cleaning kind of guy, that will clean every single dirt until my eyes dont see anymore.

I go 4 wheeling in my truck atleast 2-3 times a week. I never clean it. once it's muddy I like it that way. But thats what happens when you have a 20 year old truck with rust.
