Next Purchase/Upgrade

Hmm...
Front bumper, rear bumper, snorkle, or Gibson Les Paul?

Since you didn't provide any parameters as to cost or need, I say do them all! As far as bumpers go it'll be easier and cheaper to do them both at once and get your suspension dialed in once instead of twice

Cost: well, each is 1-2,000 dollars. Except the snorkle, it's a bit less.
Need: really don't NEED any of them, though the rear bumper cover has a crack next to a melted section. But I could JUSTIFY any of them.
Bumpers, safety of solid metal vs plastic (I don't cotton to "crumple zones).
Snorkle, raised fresh air intake.
New guitar, I've picked it up again after a 35 year hiatus. Good therapy for encroaching arthritis.

Do a lot of dusty driving? If not, forget the snorkel.

Front bumper would be my choice, followed by suspension - assume you will add weight to the front. So, maybe, suspension first?

Or, is this all cosmetic? Then, no opinion matters, except yours.

I live in AZ, several miles off of paved roads.
Installed the 2½" Eibach Pro Truck 2.0 suspension last year, so I can adjust the front ride height.
After posting this we went into town. Almost got rear-ended. That's a big reason I'd like real bumpers.

Have these 2 guitars. A new one might be inspiration to work harder at it.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...78fae482a2.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...64c007e993.jpg

Humble Leader 10-09-2023 02:18 PM

do a front bumper with a winch,
then rear bumper
no need for snorkel
buy the guitar regardless, obviously

Well the Gibson and the snorkel don't require suspension upgrades but the bumpers do... Winch... Light.... Might as well get new rims and tires.... Re gear..... Black Hole.... It's a minimum $10,000 project for sure
