Nitro-Gear UCAs
Saw this question asked on the 4th Gen Forum, and it didn’t get any responses from anyone using these arms. Any 5th Gen owners running these UCAs from Nitro-Gear?
Nitro 4Runner FJ Cruiser Upper Control Arms I’m pretty set on rubber bushings and a ball joint for ease of maintenance, just need some additional built-in caster. These look just like rebranded Blackhawk UCAs, which seem to have a good reputation … but I haven’t seen that confirmed anywhere. |

Installed these 2 weeks ago along with Eibach TRD Pro springs. No issues, and I got the extra caster I was looking for. I think they’re a good option for those looking for rubber bushings and a greasable ball joint. Plus, it’s a commonly found ball-joint unlike the Delta Joint or X-Joint.
Not sure what my stock caster was before these UCAs, but here’s what my alignment numbers were: Attachment 395220 Hoping to put on 285/70’s soon if I can find the tires I want in stock. |
