Power Supply for Dashcam?
Got my new 2023 TRD Offroad.
In the glove box where my 2019 had a 12V power port is now a plastic cap that was installed at the factory. Only two 2.4v USG ports in the dashboard. Does anybody know of a good dash cam that can run off one of these? Aside from hard wiring, is there another way you can think of for me to get 12V to the windshield? Thanks in advance for any advice |

In my ‘02 Tacoma TRD I used to use one of these for my various electronics. Mounted it aside the console. |
I've been very happy with this adapter:
Dash Cam Installation Kit for 2020+ Toyota 4Runner – Dongar Technologies LLC |
Thank you both!

Used a Dongar adapter but tucked everything in behind the overhead console and wiring channel for a super clean finish.
