Removing dashboard, deep into car audio journey
Hi folks,
I found a YouTube video for anyone who wants to know how to remove the dashboard. It's on Spanish, but captions in English and slowing it down to 50% speed helped. Also adding links to my Google Drive folder for the Interior and Google Photos album as I make my way through my car audio journey. One lesson learned: It's easier to disassemble than reassemble entire sections of a car. |
Ahh..I see we have the same journey ahead. I started on my sound system upgrades recently too. I’ve replaced the front and rear speakers, and currently working on adding a 5 channel amp.

I just removed my full dash and AC/heat unit last week. It took less than 30 minutes. Those stupid airbag connectors were not fun. Not sure why Toyota could not make them all the same.
It was not hard at all. Difference for me from you two is that I'm not putting it back in. Sent from my Pixel 8 Pro using Tapatalk |
