What Did You Do To Your 3rd Gen Today?

We have these on my bike forums and didnt find one here with the search. So lets get this started. As the title states, what did you do to it today?

Covered it with a tarp and salvaged all my personal items out of it.

I looked at it

in the driveway and rode my bike to work.

Left it in the garage and went to work in the Prius. Hee hee.

Plans for the weekend include:
- fix wiring to driver side fog light.
- try to diagnose noise in driveline (could be transfer case, rear diff, or ?)
- try to remove fill plug for front diff and if successful, change front diff oil.
- wash it!

Sitting in the garage doing the deck plate mod. Prob not really worth it, but something to do since theres no work today.

Pulled my front pads of my brakes, applied anti-squeal, and greases the pins/contact points.

GREASED MY BRAKES!!!
Don't worry, I have been a mechanic for a long time and yes there are a few spots that do need grease (lightly) on brakes to allow them to work freely.

I do this every time I rotate my tires, which coincidentally is every time I change my oil....a good practice to follow.

drove it to work and removed center console and unsoldered old orange led out of defrost button and resoldered new white led in place.

Just packed mine up for a weekend in the mountains with the dogs.

REALLY wish I could do it all winter. Unfortunately... I'd come home without a job, and without a wife. :whipping2

Drove it to work and listened to intermittent squealing from my front brakes. Looks like I'll be investigating this over the weekend... May be time for the 231mm upgrade...although my wallet isn't quite ready. :(

Opened its door and grabbed some small hardware items purchased a few days ago. Closed door.
