2.4 to 2.8L conversion?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has (or at least know if its possible to) successfully convert a 2.4L to a 2.8L in a 1986 4runner?

Or, does anyone know of a diesel mechanic in melbourne who could perform such an operation?

Its a really easy conversion to do yourself just bolt one in!

I have one of these done. 2.8t conversion in a first gen surf/4Runner. Absolutely love it.
