12 Volt outlet Not Working

A while back i attempted to use a 12 volt splitter to power a GPS and charge a phone. As you can imagine the outlet does not work and also the outlet in the cargo area either.

I checked the fuses and they are all ok. It their something i missed? Any other type of breaker or fusible link in the 12 volt Cig/power outlet?

Thanks

My older Land Cruisers had fusible links in the outlets. There was an insulating washer I took out to make them work again, seems like it always happened on a road trip with this family. Ten minutes in a grocery store parking lot was all I needed to do the mod .
