Do you know if there is enough clearance to tilt up the sunroof if using the Rola basket with the extension so the basket is longer?

No the sun roof would not be able to open with the drop brackets and a long rack.

Do these work with the standard SR5 roof rack bars. I can only find pictures of them for the Sport Edition tubular bars

Any instructions on how to install on an SR5 factory rack? Thought it would be easy, but cannot figure out how to get the square part on the inside of the rail...
