Hello from Toronto

Hey all!
First time poster, long time lurker. After a long and arduous search we finally found our 3rd gen 4runner. It's a 1996 Limited with 210k km's (130k miles). This is my first 4runner and this site played a large part in us deciding to buy one. So for that, thank you!

It is currently all stock, minus the running boards which I took off a couple of weeks ago. I think it looks much better, don't you?

Next step will be suspension, and given that I am fairly new to all this I would love some opinions on where to start. I won't be doing the work myself, but I will be buying the parts.

I'd like to add a little bit of height to it, but I don't know if a lift kit is necessary just yet. The truck won't be doing any true "off roading" but will see it's fair share of logging roads with a lot of gear in the back. Shocks and springs suggestions? Cheers!
