Greetings from the Frozen North
 

By way of introduction, I'm a long time reader but new member of the site. While I don't have a 4Runner, I _do_ have a Gen 2 Hilux Surf which I've owned for a little more than 2 years now. I brought the beast back from almost ending up on the scrap heap with the previous owner to a dependable and reliable daily driver which is well suited for harsh Canadian winters living in a rural area. I had a Gen 2 Hilux Surf as my section vehicle during my tour in Afghanistan, and I haven't been able to shake the 'yota bug... Where others would let their lack of knowhow or overwhelming common sense stop them, I have poured my blood (more than I probably realise), sweat, and even some tears into making my truck what it is today!
