Hey Paul, I follow you on instagram, but do you have a close comparison of the two sizes? I think I have seen toyolo with your previous pair but the pics always seem to be at different angles.

I plan to get the 8.5 when they become available but can easily be persuaded the other way since you have experience with both.

Hey whats up man, i dont have a comparison, but there is much big difference in offset. With the 17x8.5 i ran spidertrac spacers. With the 17x9 i no longer run spidertrax spacers and it gives me the same amount of poke when i ran the 17x8.5 and spacers. You can DM on instagram and Ill be happy to help you as much as I can.

Sorry to raise this from the dead, but did u do a bmc to get the 17x9 to fit?

Your rig is exactly the stance I want. Mine is a 4th gen on a 3” lift. Other than bumper liners and BMC were there any other issues clearing the 285’s? Thanks in advance.
