Land Cruiser Prado!?

Hey all! I was driving down I-70 on Monday and a freakin' Prado with a snorkel passed me! I had no idea what it was from the DRL's on it until it went by. Pretty neat looking little guy! Are they easy to get here?

Some people will convert a GX to a Prado. This is most likely what you saw.

The weird part is that it was way smaller than a GX. It looked like a mini gx.

Prado's can be had 3 door and 5 door, 3 door is a two door with rear hatch being third door hence the mini GX. You notice number of side doors?

Do the reflector/lamp assemblies on the rear bumper look familiar to 4th-gen owners? They're direct replacements for the ones on '03-'05 4Runner rear bumpers, except some are equipped with light bulbs for rear fog light function.

@Ed_C, Lil FJ nah no blind spots with mini GX. Wonder where the maroon one is from? RHD, pintle hitch and a do hicky top left hand above rear glass, mirror?

Not sure, it was was a picture from wikipedia.

I never drove a FJ but a friend who worked for Toyota did say they do have a pretty obvious blind spot. I compared the 2-door Prado to a FJ because of the size compared to a GX470/Prado 120 4-door/4th-gen 4Runner.

Edit: I'm guessing the maroon one is in Asia due to the poor English on the tire cover LOL

The thing on the top left is a mirror for backing up. Pretty common item in Asia.
