A lady driver hit a car for 3 times and leave the scene. This is why I don't like parking lots.

This video was taken in Europe, and Europeans get away with drinking beer or wine and then getting into their cars and driving.(I cannot remember the legal amounts to drink and drive over there) But the finer fluids in life can be consumed everywhere, work, out grocery shopping, even in the movie theater. Then they get in their cars and drive. The police really do not have a problem with this unless it is an american citizen driving. (had a painful experience with the Polizei in Germany)

It looked like her steering wheel got stuck. I like how she just drives away casually like nothing happened.
