just curious. im mostly wondering how people have CB or HAM radios installed. ive made a few changes to mine. a Gentex autodimming rearview mirror, those blackhole seatgap fillers(best $20 to spend), alpine stereo and speakers and my dumb pushstart system. some time I need to get around to mounting my light switches in that bottom indent in the center console under radio. and I need to put in LED light bulbs so I can actually see shit inside when its dark.

Im also curious as to what parts people bought for antenna mount. ive seen a few 5th gens with antenna mounted on drivers side brake light mount.

oh yeah I have that center console thing too. a must I think if you own this gen 4runner. that bin is so huge it needs something to separate your stuff. and I have a fire extinquisher but its pretty secure in just that passenger door bin thing. and I keep all my tools and recovery gear in a tool box in the back corner I tie down with a ratchet strap along with a duffel bag full of emergency clothes, random stuff that wont fit in toolbox and my cordless impact.

How do you like these pedals? They look sweet

I like them a lot. Gas pedal is wider than stock one which looks and feels better.

How do you have that Ram Mount attached to the dash? Sticky tape or bolted?

Of course. You can purchase the button off eBay. This specific one with the Engine\Start\Stop text is discontinued, but can still be found anywhere between $100 - $150, there's a few different versions. There's a version without the LED indicator for cars that don't have that feature. The guys with limited Runners with smart keys can probably find a version that is plug and play.

I wired mine up manually to work with the key like the old Dodge Ram SRT, and Honda S2000. The LED indicator turns amber when I turn to key to ACC, then turns green when turned to IGN ON, and ready to start. Then I'm able to press the button to crank the car on. The LED indicator stays green while the car is running, and the TRD logo lights up when parking lights are on.

Useless, but a cool toy, and looks really nice. I only have it because I saved it from my old truck, figured I'd use it in the Runner, too.
