Just ordered some 18x9 ET0 wheels myself, hows the fit on the 285/65-18 on stock suspension? I have a small 1-1.5" lift so if it fits for you it should fit for me.

Clearance will be tight but I wouldn’t worry. You will definitely rub the front fender liner but you can push it back with a heat gun or trim it. I expected much more of a problem to be honest.

If that's it I'm not worried about it! I've dealt with clearancing issues on lowered euro's for years, having clearancing issues on a "truck" is a whole new ballgame. I was also looking at just sticking with a 265 instead of 285 for MPG benefit, but I do love how beefy those look!

MPG benefit? LMAO! You have a V8! Just go with the 285’s man.

I mean... you're not wrong. hahaha

I do a lot of city driving so I'm already only getting like 13mpg because of V8 noises, just trying to minimize the additional MPG loss beyond that that some people reported with a heavier/wider tire. That being said, it'll come down to which tire I end up with when it comes time to buy tires. In the meantime, I gotta sell off spare car parts I have kicking around to fund the 4Runner Modding Account.
