Sputtering sound near rear drivers-side wheel
 
If I put my head down by my rear drivers-side tire, I hear a sputtering noise that sounds like air escaping a hose. It's a sputter and not a constant stream. It completely stops when the vehicle is turned OFF. It only happens when the vehicle is ON, so it's not the tire.

No codes/lights showing up on the dash.

Thoughts?

Possibly something with the evap system
