Battery Isolator

Hey can someone tell me... if I have the combo flat4 and 7way outlet on the back of my 2016 SR5, does that mean it has a built in battery isolator?

The reason I ask is I'm pulling a small Casita camper with elec brakes on 7way plug. If I stop for the night, leave camper hooked up to truck, can my truck battery get drained somehow?

My camper has a new 120/12v Progressive Dynamics converter inside, and a deep cycle battery as well. The vehicle will charge that battery while driving, however can it pull from it when parked as well? I don't think so, but need a qualified answer please. An isolator would prevent that right? Thanks!
