Quick OME coil question.

Is their advertised (approx) lift height going by the regular oem coils or 99 talls?

I need new coils for the front of the 99 Limited and want to match the rear OME coils but no more than inch of lift.

Regular. At least based on the Rear's I've installed (906, saw a 1.5" change from 200k mile old originals). Expect a 1" change when installed on a '99. That's 23inch from hub center to the bottom of the Limited flare.

Thanks. I got the same result with rear springs. I needed something to handle multiple trips with half a ton of wood pellets and the coils are doing great at that. Issue I have is that the front leans a bit on turns while the back tries to stay balanced. My front coils are old with 184k so its time.

I think they will do well with the 4600's so I will leave those be. I rather have the full package knowing they are designed to work together (had multiple OME systems on my jeeps) but these shocks arent even two yrs old so I can't justify replacing them.

Spring Question

Im wanting to get a OME 880/906 set up. What shocks should i be looking for?

You can get away with stock replacement shocks, or T4R specific 5100s for those springs. The lift isn't dramatic.

Thats really good information, but im still unsure about the shocks. Would stock shocks limit my travel? Ive read this but maybe doesnt matter ith such a mild lift: 1" in front and 2" in back.
