any reason it won't fit a 2nd gen?
new to tacos and i couldn't identify the model via voodoo's site.

all pieces intact to mount up and drive away?

That's an older bed rack from KB Voodoo, and it'll fit on a 2nd Gen. Their old racks will work on a 2005+ Tacoma. Their new style racks are modular, and adjustable.
