Vehicle shakes when taking foot of brakes?

Hey guys - something pretty weird with my GX 470 I've been noticing the past two days - if I take my foot off the brake pedal slowly - there is a bit of "shuddering" (vehicle shakes) and is a bit "unresponsive".

This does not occur when I let go of the pedal swiftly (most noticeable when crawling in a traffic jam with the pedal half-pressed-ish).

Never had this happen before - was a bit concerned it might have been the transmission but the engine RPM and gear shifting is otherwise rather smooth and the RPM is not doing anything weird.

I've had a bunch of stuff replaced when I got the truck back in the beginning of 2018:
- Steering end links
- CV Joints
- Suspension
- Front Suspension Upper Arm Ball Joint
- Transmission fluid flush
- Diff fluids done

I've also tried keeping the drive-shaft and joints well greased (though last I did them was before the summer)

Anyone had anything like this happen before? Is it just me not driving it much and the breaks needing to get worked or something different?

I did do a PCV valve and a fuel pulsation dampener swap last week - could that somehow impact things? I wouldn't even mention those if it wasn't for the fact that I swapped them out near the time the issue started occurring.

Just the brakes being semi engaged.

Maybe its almost time for a brake job. Wifes Highlander did the same thing especially after driving in the rain and sitting. Rotors and pads and no problems.
