Individually, the components have been around for awhile.

Creating Complete Kits does make it easier for a lot of 5th Gen 4Runner
enthusiasts looking for a suspension option.

They have been sold as kits by plenty of vendors for years and years. IDK about ARB making it official but it's hardly useful information. In fact it seems they/you aren't making it any cheaper in "official" super duper serious kit form.

Is there an aluminum body shock from OME for this kit as an option? I have the full medium kit on my Frontier and the shocks look really rough after just 2 mild winters. I love the ride of the medium coils though.

The only aluminum body shocks by OME are the BP51's.

These will hold up a lot better in extreme weather conditions.
