Custom Motorcycle/Other Headlight Brackets, Tails/Plate Holder/Other Parts by Request

I needed some headlight brackets for my first generation to GSXR fork swap, so I fired up the computer to model a set, and FDM “3D printed” them. I have an FDM shop set up for manufacturing and processing molds in another small business venture of mine, but want to expand and get as much value added out of my equipment since we do not operate it 24/7.

The brackets pictured are made to mount the stock first gen SV650 round headlight to 2006+ 600/750 forks. Brake routing is stock 600/750 GSXR and goes through the RF bracket. Stock SV controls and harness routing run smoothly around the bracket. Price is $35 per pair, if it breaks I replaced it no questions asked.

Custom harness on my bike to use GSXR controls on the carb’d SV still does not need to pass through the brackets, but if you have a custom application that wiring or other controls need to pass through I can make that change in 2 minutes. I am handy with cad modeling. For any other bike/part, if you provide a general sketch on paper with a few dimensions I can knock it out and get you a model to review. No extra charge for modeling custom parts, but half the price of the part is due up front and the remaining half when it is shipped. For adapters, brackets, mounts, hardware, etc., prices range between $10-$50 per part. For example, a few adapters might cost $10 total, but a complex fairing stay or instrument cluster mount may be $50++. I can make just about anything you can imagine so please let your riding buddies know what they are missing out on!

As far as the durability, I only use PETG. It is far and away the best I have found for parts that see heavy/repeated use. Extremely strong bonds and more shock resistance than any other material makes it very tough and durable. I could stand on the brackets pictured (laying on their side) without breaking them and the walls are less than 5mm thick. Because I only use a single premium brand and material, color is limited but quality is excellent. Again, if one of my parts break I replace it no questions asked. I can make transparent (pictured), black, red, and orange parts. Parts are easy to sand and paint if needed. Thank you and ride safe! Will update with pictures of some work. Thanks again
