Rattle noise in reverse when brake applied - *Video*

I am having a rattling noise whenever I am in reverse and I apply the brakes. When I let off the brake the noise stops.

I have a video to show what is going on and the Ebrake is applied throughout the video, however the noise does not seem to change if it is applied or not.

Does anyone have any clue what this could be?

My exhaust is tight (kicked it, pushed it, checked heat shields etc.) Couldnt find anything
Had new rear calipers installed a month ago
Greased my driveshaft and made no difference.

Thank you
