KC HiLites Cyclone

Has anyone installed KC Cyclones rock lights kit?
I am wondering if the brackets that come with the kit are sufficient or if I should look into another option like Rago brackets.

This is more of a down the road project unless there is a good sale this weekend. I should have pulled the trigger on the Virtual Expo sale.

Rock Lights 5th Gen 4Runner, KC HILITES Cyclone Rock Light Kit Review

I've also seen others use 2" magnets (+35lb) to mount these

I made my own kit with cyclones and used whatever metal I could find around my garage for brackets. These lights are small and light so you don't need much to mount them.

Been eyeing these. I have been watching them on amazon for a price drop. Thinking of wiring them as courtesy lights as well as rock lights.

I have some under the hood and they are a lot of light for the size. I was able to use the same plastic mounts that hold the hood insulation on. Really been interested as rock lights, just the price and figuring out how I want to wire them has been holding me back.

I meant more switch location and if I wanted to tap them with other lights or not. I知 thinking the blank spot near the terrain selector, square spot for a switch and run them independent. I知 sure I値l change my mind until I actually install them.
