Only a matter of time before Toyota releases the TRD Pro Sienna:

I love how the taillights still look like they’re from 2004

Saw those when they hit the dealers a year ago, at the time I picked up my green 4Runner. Not much “pro” about it from what I could see but you do get the color if that’s what you’re after.

Sorry if I offend any owners but the current Sequoias always make me think of a beached whale, way too bulbous.

I’m sure they are reliable as hell, tow more and will get a huge family around quite nicely tho.

F’n rack is huge!

Like someone else said about the tail lamps, seems these things haven’t been getting shit for incremental updates...

@Catch22 they are super frumpy in their stock form, I have seen but a few built up and they square up well.

Haha

"Giant sequoias can live for more than 3000 years and grow taller than 300 feet. The Toyota Sequoia can go more than 12 years without a redesign and weigh more than 6000 pounds. Giant sequoias rely on fire for regeneration, while Toyota Sequoias rely on special editions to stay relevant. That's why there's now a TRD Pro model."

Why are we talking about a 2008-2020 Sequoia in the 5th gen 4Runner forum?

because it is a close relative? just like we talk about FJ's, LC's, 50/55/70 series. Which is not often.

More people, more threads about jeeps here than all those I listed above combined :thumb:

Its closer to forest green IMO than "army" green that would be more olive drab.

Oh man Toyota is funny. This is literally the look of buyers regret.

I hate that green color.

Toyota makes a vehicles for everyone..15 years ago when the kids were young and we were traveling everywhere towing boats and jet ski I would definitely purchased one instead of the Suburban crap I purchased. 2 years and 28k miles the transmission went out. Brand new the motor knocked like the Swat team at the front door and had to be replaced.

It would be an even sweeter deal if Toyota included MTS and CRAWL into the Sequoia TRD PRO. As it is, there is nothing good about it other than badging and FOX shocks. Of all Toyota BOF SUVs, it is the Sequoia that desperately needs MTS and CRAWL due to limited suspension articulation!
