Port installed LED/DRL Foglights part number

After searching for a part number or even a reference, I have come up empty handed. Anyone have a part number for the port installed LED/DRL fog lights?

Unfortunately I hit a deer Friday night on my way to the store. Luckily it wasnt a hard hit and the deer ran off and looked ok. However, now it is time for a bumper cover, valance and a fog light.

Also, the light itself is fine while only the mounting bracket is broken. Has anyone seen the bracket available separately? Or will the bracket from a normal fog come off and work on this one?

Have thought about going aftermarket, but havent made up my mind.

Thanks in advanced!

Depends on the year of your 4Runner. For my 2018 4Runner, I changed the halogen fogs to LEDs with part numbers 81210-48051 (right) and 81220-48051 (Left). Toyota uses those LED fogs for many years and models, include Lexus vehicles. They are direct, plug and play, to the factory halogen fog lights, but the right hand fog light is hard to get due due a bracket on that side.

You should be able to get any part number from your Toyota dealer, including port installed items.

Ebay - the LED lights (clones I think) are 60.00$ a pair. They fit and work perfectly.

Auer LED DRL/Fog Light Kit: Toyota 4Runner (14-19) I TRS

This is the port installed LED DL/FOG they use for SE Toyota (or did in ‘18).

Part number PT413-42190 also works. Amazon.com: Toyota PT413-42190 Fog Light (Chrome), 1 Pack: Automotive

Under the Toyota part number system, "PT" indicates a port installed part, and the number I gave earlier is factory installed parts.

Yep, that’s what I got from Amazon. Toyota OEM parts. They work great. Highly recommended.

I am always worried about the aftermarket lights with their RF and making electric problems in the car. Is this a good brand?

Thank you guys for the replies so far. The Auer kit is the closest resembling of the ones I have. The price on fogs is insane lol... I like the dual DRL just because it is more things to catch peoples eyes so they dont pull out in front of me, but wondering if a different set is a better way to go. KC's are nice looking, Moritmoto has a nice set.. Also the one fkheath posted, PT413-42190 , looks like a nice set.. Hmmmm....

How is the light output of those LED's?

vipers28 11-24-2020 04:25 PM

Dealer told me I couldn't upgrade the new LED's, something to do with my wiring harness. I have a '17. But still prefer to get some ambers for winter driving around here.

I liked these dual fog/driving lights. But wanted amber as well so I upgraded to the Diode Dynamics SS3. Thought about just using film.

The bad thing about the Auer is you cannot plug and play other brands (might be a way to make it work but I found it easier to just wire them after hours of trying while on the phone with Diode, which is an awesome company). The fogs will have 2 outputs (compared to 1 that is standard) that run into a small silver control box you will find under the steering wheel. Wires from that box tap into different things to auto-switch from fog to driving light based on headlight selection.

Was thinking of keeping that crap in place if I go a diff route and maybe run the normal fogs of the standrd fog switch plug and then maybe some amber fogs off the DRL switch plug. Would have to test the output volts on both plugs.

Baja Designs or some multiple led light company could give that option to all.. But I am sure it would be a board rewire on the light and not a popular option.

Just looking at the different output ratings on all available options. Some big variations in ratings.

I swapped out my halogen fog lights for the Toyota Black housing LED ones posted and they were a direct plug-in without issues.

MUCH brighter than the original halogen fog lights, plus the pattern is much better -- very wide and low to the ground like a fog light should be.
