2004 Limited Air Flow Control stuck

Hi, my 2004 Limited circulation control has stopped working, will only blow straight out no matter what circulation button you push. Defroster, floor, etc all light up but air flow is unchanged, always straight out at you. Had the compressor replaced a couple of years ago, everything is cold or hot depending on air temp setting but flow switch has me confused on what it could be.

Thoughts? Thanks

You need to replace the HVAC "mode" actuator, on SR5 and Sport models there are 3 actuators "mode", "blend" and "recirculate", on Limiteds since it has the "Dual" system there are 4....one extra "blend" actuator for the driver's side.

Here are some search results for the HVAC mode actuator, but there are also results for the other actuators mixed in.

Edit: The search results above has more then just the AC actuators, the following results has more results on the AC actuators.

If you're capable of replacing it yourself....about $130+/- for the actuator/part, but if you have to pay to have it replaced the labor can be several hundred dollars more.
