Tacoma and 4Runner swap wheels? 17x8 0mm offset and 275/70/17 BFGs
I have a set of 17x8 Grey Level 8 MK6 (0mm offset) and 275/70/17 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 E tires on my 2016 trail 4runner currently. I also just got a new 2021 Tacoma TRD offroad. Going to convert the runner into a more stock vehicle and the Tacoma into my more off-road vehicle.
I’d like to get the wheels swapped. Does anyone know if the stock Tacoma wheels will work on a runner? Does anyone happen to know if that size wheel and tire will work on the Tacoma? Any issues with TPMS sensors? |

The TRDOR Tacoma has 16” wheels which won’t fit on your 4runner. You will most likely need to put the stock wheels back on the 4R if you want to move the LVL8s to the taco.
Your level8 wheels and 275’s will probably rub on a stock suspension setup on the taco. They will most likely require trimming and possibly CMC too. You should check out the Tacoma forums to see what it takes to fit 275’s. TPMS probably won’t be compatible either, but you could always just have them swapped over to the new wheels. |
