Clazzio seat cover materials - long term reports?
I’m impressed with the many positive reviews of Clazzio seat covers here and elsewhere. But, most are just after installation.
I would love to hear some long-term reports. I am also a bit confused on materials. Most seem to like the leather inserts, but I am confused on the “higher grade” vinyl (nearly same price as leather) vs “lower grade” PVC (less costly) options when I read old posts. |

As for long term performance, they held up nicely. They were on for about 5 years before I traded it in for my 4Runner. Never had any tears or rips, or separated seams. I did replace the driver seat bottom section though after 3 years as the perforated holes were showing a little wear. Not bad wear really, just enough to cause my OCD to replace it. Which brings up another nice thing about Clazzio seat covers, you can order and replace individual sections. The driver side lower part was only $50 IIRC. |
