Camburg UCA Play At Bolt

Took my 4runner in for inspection and the shop pulled me back to take a look at my UCA. I've been running the Camburg BJ UCA's for the past 3 years.

With the vehicle off the ground we were able to wiggle the tire side to side wherein you can visibly see the UCA throughbolt moving in the sleeve. We checked the torque and everything was snug.

The mechanics things that the bolt has somehow wallowed out the sleeve and would need to be replaced. I don't think a repair with new bushings would fix this.

Has anyone seen this before?

Dont rule out them bushings, there Poly and they do open/oblong in due time. Pull the Uca see if the sleeve has too much slack on the bushing. Plus give you a chance to see if the bolt is bending also. Been there before.
