Wiring in the fog lights the correct way

Today I had to remove the battery terminals to remove some disused wiring from them, I unknowingly in the process disconnected my fog lights which were just wrapped around the terminals and squeezed down by the battery connector.

I want to reconnect the fog lights, but I want to wire it into one of my blank fuses. Currently my fuse box in the engine bay has a spot where the ABS would be wired in, sense my car has no ABS could I use this blank spot for my fog lights?

How would I wire in an additional circuit to make it work?

My fog lights are PIAA halogen bulbs, before they were just wired directly to the battery terminals and a switch.
