2023 4Runners CA vs US models - heated steering wheel

I noticed on YouTube that the Canada models for 2023 have a heated steering wheel and it appears the US model does not… :-/

Anyone have a US model 2023 that can confirm this..

I looked through the specs for the '23 TRD ORP. I saw no indication that a heated steering wheel was available at least on that model, in the USA.

So I just looked through the specs for the '23 Limited in the USA. I didn't see any mention of a heated steering wheel. Of course I could've missed it, or it's just not an option in the USA.

Yeah I looked too, I don’t get why Canada gets that and in the US we don’t. Makes zero sense to me!

It looks like the heated steering wheel is standard on all trim levels now in Canada. I would have waited 6 months if I knew this. Never saw them adding a heated steering wheel in perhaps the last model year.

time to sell the 22 for a 23! :canada:

I think thats the one thing I miss from my previous car, I'm getting soft as I get older.

I hear ya. I stopped at the dealer this afternoon to see what a 23 steering wheel would cost. $1900 without the airbag!
I think I could sell/convenience trade my 22 for a 23 and break even or better.

$1,900 for the heated steering wheel hmmm I’d need to drive to Canada and buy the wheel. That might be an option. Or if I can get a Canada dealership to mail me one. It’s insane that’s Canada only and not US. More of a reason to move to Canada haha

Probably because Canadians (including myself) have 8 months of winter!

I'm in Canada as well but do not have this on my 2015 obviously. If there was a way to mod/retro it in that would be awesome! Who wants to be the guinea pig?

Just watched a video. The button is in the little indent a few inches below the push button start.

In SF Bay Area.
I just scored a 2023 4runner TRD Pro two days ago and was surprised to find it has a button for heated steering wheel.
