Location of Junction Box 3 (J/B 3)

Can someone point me to right where this is? I'm tracking down a malfunctioning right rear blinker. I think JB3 is where I'm losing power. There's nothing around the driver's side fuse block with those specific wiring colors...I'm pretty sure it's nearby though??

Thanks in advance.

The 4runner has a fuse panel behind the drivers side kick plate with a turn signal fuse.

Drivers Kick Panel Junction/Fuse Box Question

J/B 3 is a junction, not a box really

Thanks TK,
My left rear blinker went out but the bulb was good. I measured 1.5v at the socket (for reference, the left hand one was blinking at 5.5v.) I had continuity to ground from the socket. The front right was working so I figured the switch on the steering column was good. I pulled the blinker and tested it, it was good (and I could hear it clicking.)

My mistake was taking the words "junction box" literally. Turns out there is no box. I remembered I have a tow light hookup. I measured it and the right blinker side had the same low voltage. I traced the wires back and they went into the area behind the right blinker. I unclipped some of the trim to get behind the light fixture and was able to remove the trailer lights wiring harness. Problem solved.

The "junction box" is just a plug behind the light fixture. Thinking about it now there would be a plug back there for convenience of changing the light fixture out.

The funny part is the engineering that went into weatherproofing the main junction of that harness and having it all ruined by cheap metal wire connectors, lol.

Anyway, thank you for the reply.
