It's things like this picture that make me wonder what the hell the owner before me did with this thing...

so now I know why I always heard what sounded like beebees slamming every time I went over a speed bump!

I think this would be a good opportunity. Who else has found some random crap in their car or had to deal with extensive cleaning like this?

i can't exactly complain the previous oner left me some money haha like 7 quarters under the seat they were too lazy to get. they were also candy fiends, there were like m&m's wrappers and crushed m&m's and peppermints everywhere so i just had to pick up trash.

Some what related i guess. My friend found a bag of "oregano" under the back seat of his caddy. needless to say we we found a recipe for it.;): how long did it take you to tear down the truck like that? was it hard? what tools did you need? makes me want to see what someone left for me!

nothing in the 4runner, but....

an old 82 celica ....
only bullet i ever found was a hollow point along w/ some paperwork that made me believe the owner was a sheriff

my 87 Celica GTS....
a ton of sand, that was my fault for sand blasting the %*&$@ out of the rear 1/4's to fix the rust

and the most interesting....
unknown year corolla...

never my car but when i used to do car audio, i was doing a deck, and a screw bounced under the drivers seat ... when i went to grab the screw i found three pairs of womens underwear. Luckily the girl was at least cute, yes i had to make sure i found out what she looked like after that!

as for your bee bee problem vacuum out as many as you can, then pick up some magnets at the hardware store and leave them in a few key places around the truck to grab the rest that may roll out when you least expect it.

In my 4runner I found a brand new bottle of Armorall, jumper cables, micro fiber towels, a brand new jumper pack, tool set, and a couple memory sticks.
In my corolla I found $250 in the ash tray, extra keys, original window sticker, tool kit, compressor, crack spoon, and some change.

I live cute girl stories lol.

I cleaned the stuff up with a vacuum, went for a few more short aggressive drives until the beebees stopped coming, then cleaned all of that copper residue crap...

and disassembly was easy as almighty hell. literally, the only tool you need is a philips head screwdriver. I didn't want to unbolt the seatbelt so I just flung the whole panel out the door lol

Holy Moly those BB's would have driven me CRAZY!
Let's see...bought my '97 from a guy in 2006...
and along with it came:
-typical underseat muck

-jumper cables

-a weird foam japanimation character keychain (still hanging on my wiper lever..kinda my good luck charm)

-an ORIGINAL (patent PENDING) Gerber Multitool in one of the nooks under near the jack and tire tool. This got me interested in searching top to bottom, as there was also a Widespread Panic sticker on the window and a glow bracelet around the mirror...I didn't want any..'oregano" turning up if I ever got stopped and searched!

-an unopened, 5 yr old pack of Marlboro lights from behind the glove box. My friend gave them to his wife...dirty trick!

-about 8 different state maps...this 4Runner has been coast to coast.

forgot about that one ... i parted out a CRX once, that had a nice momo steering wheel. I popped the horn button out and zipped the nut off and sold if off on ebay. What i missed was the plastic bag shoved a bit farther down inside the hub adapter. lol Luckily the guy on ebay was nice enough to tell me, and only me about it. Gotta check out some of these cars a bit better when i buy them!

not exactly something i found in my runner. But i used to work a tires plus and the weirdest thing that i ever found was a 4 condoms in the tires of a costumers 4 runner!
