RPM dip after releasing brakes

Hi -

I'm new, so this may not belong here.

I have a 1990 SR5 V6 with about 170,000 miles on it. I'm not the original owner. My engine appears to have to been modified by a previous owner, as it has headers and a Flowmaster exhaust. It runs great, but it has an intermittent "dip" in the RPMs after releasing the foot brake - sometimes it happens, and sometimes it doesn't.

I've messed with the vacuum line from the brake booster to the intake manifold (?), but that didn't seem to influence the problem.

Should I worry? It's more of an annoyance, and I'm slightly OCD, so this is driving me nuts.

Thanks for any and all help.
