Do 2006 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport wheels fit on an '86 4runner?

Im pretty sure the backspacing on my stock wheels is 4.5 in but I saw these wheels ^ on craigslist and want to make sure they fit before going any further with the purchase. Any help would be much appreciated.

Aren't those the same wheels that IROKE17 has on his '86?

I have the same 3rd gen wheels as you illzoni, how is that Plasti-Dip job holding up?

went ahead and got the 06 tacoma wheels. They look pretty good. Black powder coating them would be awesome.

So far, so good. Haven't scrubbed them clean, though.

Plasti-Dip cost me less than $6 at the local Home Depot and did all four.
