I purchased my 3rd Toyota from these guys. Service for the first two cars was uneventful (good thing). The sales portion for my 03 4Runner went great. The first service (5K) visit wasn't so great. The maint light wasn't reset, the radiator fan blew oil all over the engine compartment (V6) because the filter drain wasn't wiped clean, and one of the aluminum wheels was scratched from the torque (impact) wrench. I complained and was shown how to reset the maint light, the engine compartment was cleaned and a new wheel was ordered. The new wheel was put on during the 10K oil change but wasn't balanced well enough not to cause a vibration above 80mph. Back we went. All four wheels were yanked and rebalanced. The story here is even though I have had a few initial run ins with the service department quality control, I wasn't put off, scoffed at or given double-talk. My issues were rectified to my satisfaction.

I have bought 3 vehicles from Waldorf Toyota. I went there after Bayside Toyota in Prince Frederick gave me a price that was a joke after buying 5 vehicles from Bayside. I felt there was no reason for loyalty when they treated me like this was my first time buying a car and was an idiot. The discount was the rebate only. I was told that was all they could do so Off to Waldorf I went. They gave me an incredible deal on my purchase of a new 2015 tundra. Great experience. then When I went back for my 2017 Tundra that too was a good experience. BUT this last time when I went back for my 2018 4runner, it was not good. The financing department didn't pay off my Tundra right away and after countless calls and complaining my payment came 30 days due on the Tundra so I had to make a payment on a truck I no longer owned. There were more issues this last time and it made me realize I may have to find a new dealership for my next purchase. I will give them a shot but with caution.
