Independent shop @ Lancaster PA

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot. I'm still finding my way around here.
I just picked up a 99 SR5 auto with 96K. CEL light is on and dealer is reluctant to assist. Pretty certain it is the EVAP systems since they already replaced the vapor pressure sensor. I know this set of codes is a can of worms so I'd like to deal with somebody that's not just going to through parts at it. My local garage is pretty good but I am wondering if there are any inde shops in the Lancaster/Reading/Morgantown area that specialize in or have good knowledge of the T4R's. Not just for this issue but for general service.

Thanks in advance,

Do you mind disclosing the codes you are getting? Some guys here may help you out and give you some ideas.

How close are you to York, PA?

Codes last pulled
P0441
P0446
P0450
Replaced 89460-0W070 Vapor pressure sensor on 3/4. Filled up tank (FWIW) on 3/6. Light came on after about 40 miles on 3/7
This morning the dealer's service center couldn't spare a tech for 5 minutes to plug it in and get a code......

Volley, York is 45-60 minutes the west

I know it may be a short drive but trust me it is worth it (I drive over an hour to get there). Try Toyota of York. Awesome service department with knowledgeable guys. If you call ask for Air (yes that's his real name) and let him know Shaneeka of the FJ Bruisers recommended the dealership The Bruisers have a history with them (not a financial relationship so no personal gain for me in the recommendation; we've held tech meets there). Air is very knowledgeable on Yotas and very easy to deal with. Oh and the service department is open 7 days a week, making it great for getting weekend work done on your truck..

Try these guys if you want to drive out to Ephrata... they did some work for me.

Tell them you were recommended by the 4Runner guy from Connecticut.

Thanks for the replies. Still working with the dealer on the CEL issue but it's good to know there is a knowledgeable independent shop close by. Ephrata is 10 minutes away.
